K'gari Trip Leaders

This information will be updated as we get closer to the event.

Club members can now easily see their K'gari Clean Up event registration and purchases on the website, which is available in their admin area.

If they click on Account then My Admin, then either My Orders or My Events. With this there is no need for this access for the trip leader, putting responsibility back on the individual members.  

If a trip leader would like a list of members from their club who have registered, please email web@kgaricleanup.au

The trip leader day will be held at the 4wd Qld Association Hall on the 20th of April 2024. 

K'gari newsletters are emailed to all members registered for the event as well as club Secretaries. They are also posted on the Website https://www.4wdqld.com.au/kgari-news

Update vehicle rego form: With the introduction of rego cameras there is a need for members to make sure their vehicle rego is up to date. If a member needs to update there rego and the vehicle they are taking to the Island, please ask them to use this form which is available un the Account Tab on the K'gari website https://www.4wdqld.com.au/kgari-update-vehicle-rego

Member registration transfer form: If one of your club members can no longer attend they can transfer their event registration to another member of your club. The form is available under the Account Tab on the K'gari website and can be used until the 28th April https://www.4wdqld.com.au/kgari-vehicle-and-camping-permits-registration-transfer
