K'gari CleanUp 2026 Raffle Prize Draws

Ticket sales are restricted to individuals aged 18 and over due to some prizes containing alcohol.

ISLAND RAFFLE PRIZES DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

  1. Island Raffle Prize Draw (Art Union) is conducted as per the requirements of the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999 and conducted as a category 2 game. 

  1. Ticket sales are restricted to individuals aged 18 and over. The committee reserves the right to request valid identification as proof of age. Alcohol products may be included in the raffle, and in accordance with the law, no alcohol will be sold or distributed to minors. 

  1. 73 prizes, total prize value $ 55,862.71 

  1. Tickets $5ea, maximum 3,000 tickets. 

  1. Ticket sales close Sunday 10th May 2026 at 6pm. 

  1. Ticket purchaser must provide name and contact phone number on all purchased tickets. 

  1. Tickets available for sale at Eurong Beachfront 7am – 12pm, Friday 8th May 2026, Orchid Beach Trading Post 12-2pm Saturday 9th May and at Cathedrals on Fraser 10th May 2025 3pm – 6pm.  

  1. 4WD QLD Management Committee and 4WD QLD K’gari Clean Up Sub Committee and members of their immediate family (person’s spouse and family members residing at the same premises / residence as the committee member/s) and those involved with conducting the raffle prize draw are not eligible to enter. 

  1. Prizes will be available for collection at the event. Heavy and Bulky items will remain in the Association Hall for collection at the 4WD QLD Association Hall 90 Muriel Avenue Moorooka on the 23-24th May. Time for collect will be organised with the winner and Event Coordinator.  

  1. If the winner of the prize is not present at the prize draw, the winner will be contacted to arrange prize collection. Prize collection will be completed within one month after the prize draw.   

If the prize is unclaimed, the prize will be kept for one year from the day the prize winner was decided. Proceeding one year the prize will be re drawn.  

  1. Draw to be held at Cathedral on Fraser Sunday 10th May 2025, commencing 6.30pm. 

  1. Prizes will be drawn in ascending order 1st Prize to 73rd Prize Photo ID must be viewed to claim prize. 

  1. No swapping or changing of prize one for another prize within the prize draw. 

  1. Winner is required to have picture taken with item/s won. 

  1. Winners not in attendance will be notified by phone and winners published on the K’gari Clean Up website prize draw winners page.
