ISLAND RAFFLE PRIZES DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1. Island Raffle Prize Draw (Art Union) is conducted as per the requirements of the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999 and conducted as a category 2 game.

 

2. 74 prizes, total prize value $47,396.45.

 

3. Tickets $5ea, maximum 3,000 tickets.

 

4. Tickets purchasers must be a minimum of 18yrs old.

 

5. Ticket sales close Sunday 19^th May 2024 at 6pm.

 

6. Ticket purchaser must provide name and contact phone number on all purchased tickets.

 

7. Tickets available for sale at Eurong Beachfront 6.30am – 1pm, Friday 17^th May 2024 and Cathedrals on Fraser 19^th May 2024 3pm – 6pm.

 

8. 4WD QLD Management Committee and 4WD QLD K’gari Clean Up Sub Committee and members of their immediate family (person’s spouse and family members residing at the same premises as the committee member/s) and those involved with conducting the raffle draw are not eligible to enter.

 

9. Prizes will be available for collection at the event excluding 5^th place prize Darche Gen 3, 180 Freestanding Awning due to size but will be provided to winner within 1 month of the draw.

 

10. If the winner of the prize is not present at the prize draw, the prize will be delivered to

the winner within one month after the prize draw. If the prize is unclaimed the prize will be kept for one year from the day the prize winner was decided.

 

11. Draw to be held at Cathedral on Fraser Sunday 19^th May 2024, commencing 6.30pm.

 

12. Prizes will be drawn in descending order 1 to 74.

 

13. Ticket must be retained and presented to claim prize.

 

14. No swapping or changing of prize one for another prize within the prize draw.

 

15. Winner is required to sign for prize and to have picture taken with item/s won.

 

16. Winners not in attendance will be notified by phone and winners published on the K’gari

Clean Up website prize draw winners page https://www.4wdqld.com.au/kgari-prize-draws and on the 4WD QLD K’gari Clean Up Facebook Page https://www.facebook.com/4WDQLDKFICU within 3 days of the draw being conducted.
