Do you accept all vehicles?
The Downs 4WD Club Inc accepts all road legal 4WD vehicles. We encourage people of all experiences, ages and 4WD vehicles to have look at our club activities and decide if they would like to join. We do not accept any “comp truck” type vehicles as this is not what the club is about.
Do you attend any other events as a club?
The club has attended events such as the annual Corroborees. We have in the past participated in the Fraser Island / K’gari clean up weekends.
The club actively participates in trips and may sometimes work this into events held at 4x4 parks if there are enough members available to attend.
Are you Pet Friendly?
The Downs 4Wd Club Inc is pet friendly. We have members who bring their pets along on trips to locations that are suitable for domestic animals. We remind members that their pets must be socially accepting and kept under control when they are stopped at a location.
How many club trips do you offer per year?
The Club has a proactive Trips and Activities group and will attempt to attempt to conduct at least one club each month. We will try to conduct between 8 and 10 club trips per year plus any last-minute social trips raised by members throughout the year.
