FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
To assist with everyone's planning, we have created a list of FAQ's.

The Official opening of the event is Friday 4th October 2024
Departure is on Monday 07 October 2024 (Midday)
However, you are welcome to camp from Thursday 3rd October 2024.*
* Additional fee $25.00 per vehicle for Thursday night.

All campers need to be out by 12pm on Monday 7th October 2024
We don't have the exact numbers yet, but we are expecting up to 220 vehicles to be in attendance.
The event registration fee is $140 includes 3 nights camping at the showgrounds.(Friday, Saturday & Sunday nights) The price covers your vehicle and adults and any children.
If you would like any extras - such as: merchandise or an additional camping night at showground on the Thursday, please see these extras in the SHOP page.
Additional night is $25.00 per vehicle.

Registration will open on 01 June 2024
Step 1. Log in to your 4wd Qld Account or Create an account Both Log In and Create an Account links can be found under the Account Tab
Step 2. Click on the Event Registration Link
If you cannot see the EVENT REGISTRATION link on the Corroboree site, you have not logged in.
We will have printed shirts in all sizes that include long and short sleeve.
Pre-orders of the Corroboree Shirts will be available from 01 June 2024.
You will be required to pre-order your shirts by no later than 31 July 2024 (to allow for delivery times).
All of these can can be found in the SHOP page. Photos and prices will appear from 01 June 2024.
The showgrounds have the following amenities available for anyone that has registered to stay there:
Toilets, showers (hot and cold), running tap water (drinkable).
No Pets allowed at this event.
Only certified assistance dogs will be allowed at the showgrounds (need to provide proof of certification at time of booking. Files can be attached in our contact us page).No pets are allowed on trips in the forestry.
Should you be staying at an alternate location in town, you will need to check their restrictions.
If travelling with pets there are a couple of local pet resorts that may suit.

Event Registration Fees:
Refunds available 30 days or more prior to the event. No refunds available within 30 days of the event.
Extra Night Camping Fees:
No refunds within 30 days of the event.
Merchandise:
No refunds on event shirts. If you are no longer attending the event, please Contact the Corroboree Committee to arrange for a club member to collect for you.
Refunds are only for the ticket price. Credit Card, Member Jungle Platform Fees and GST on these fees are not refundable.
Registration for the 4WD QLD Corroboree in Woodford will close on 31st August 2024 or earlier if the event has hit the capped numbers.
Caravan grey water waste is permitted to be released onto the ground. All other waste water is to be released in the dump point located at the Showgrounds.
All attendees must refrain from releasing wipes into the dump point as may cause the dump point to back up as these items do not break down.
The showgrounds are not allowing separate campfires at this stage.
There will be communal campfires/fire pits for gatherings outside the show ring area. Subject to any local fire bans in place.

We are planning to run trips in the Glasshouse, Belthorpe, Mt Mee and other areas in the region. All trips will be promoted on the website closer to the event once finalised.
Only if a tow vehicle, which can not be used on trips.
One vehicle per registration can be used on trips. We do not have any availability for extra vehicles for driving on trips due to trip limits etc to make it fair for everyone.
Powered sites will be offered to those with medical needs eg CPAP machines. Please note you may not be camping with your club.
There are limited powered sites available and most clubs will be camping without power.
If power is available at your campsite please come to the event office and pay the $5 per night fee.
Trip registration will open Friday afternoon for Saturday trips and Saturday afternoon for Sunday trips.

First Aid and Medical
First Aid – There is a First Aid area, manned by a First Aid officer. Please familiarise yourself with its location upon arrival. There will also be de-fibs onsite. The nearest hospital is Caboolture 97-120 McKean Street Caboolture or Kilcoy Hostpital 12 Kropp Street Kilcoy
