Thursday Night can be pre-purchased through the SHOP until 30th September.
Friday 4th October 2024
8:00am - 7:00pm Campers allowed access
8:00 am - 8:00pm | Registration of attendees to the event
9:00 am - 3:00pm | Spend the day looking around Woodford or a Self-Drive Trip
4:00pm - 7:00pm | Saturday Trip Registration open
5:00pm - 7:00pm | Meet and Greet by the fire
7:00pm - 10:00pm | Entertainment - Live Music from 'Just Jamin

6:30am - 9:00am | Breakfast and Coffee from Food Vendors
7:30am - 9:30am | Trips Depart
1:00pm - 2:30pm | COUNTRY MEETING (Kids entertained with games on Main Oval)
2:30pm - 4.30pm | Inter-club games incl Tug-O-Snatch comp
4:30pm - 6:00pm | Trip Registrations for Sunday
7:00pm - 10:00pm | Entertainment - Live Music ' Mangroves Band'
Sunday 6th October 2024
6:30am - 9:00am |Breakfast and Coffee from Food Vendors
7:30am - 9:30am | Morning Trips
10:30am - 12:00pm | Trips return
1:00pm - 2:00pm | Afternoon Trips
3:30pm - 4:30pm | Trips return
5:00pm - 6:30pm | Corroboree presentations and Raffle Draws
6:30pm - 9:00pm | NRL Grand Final playing in Main Hall and Music around the communal fires for those not watching the footy.
